Positive: Manolo is the perfect host. Nothing is too much trouble and the view from the hotel is outstandingly beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms provided everything required for a comfortable stay. The village of Pelekas itself is full of lovely shops, bars and restaurants and the local people are so kind and welcoming.

Negative: Car hire is essential due to the location. There is a bus service to Corfu Town but taxis in the immediate locale are limited. The 40 minute walk to the beach is not fun, especially in Corfu’s very hot weather. We were slightly disappointed at the lack of facilities the hotel offered and the breakfast choice was limited.

Summary: Very comfortable stay in a stunning location but would class the hotel as more of a Bed & Breakfast.

Positive: Thomas Art Hotel is truly outstanding and I highly recommend it. The location is unbeatable, and the views from the property—especially from the second-floor balconies—are breathtaking. Our room was immaculate and cleaned daily. The hosts are exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They suggested the best spots to visit in Corfu and every recommendation was spot on. One highlight was the restaurant on Yaliskari Beach, recommended by Manolo. Both the food and the picturesque beach are unforgettable, well worth the drive along the steep, winding roads. Pelekas also serves as an ideal base for exploring Corfu. All in all, a fantastic place to stay in Corfu.
